Swindon Town FC is looking to recruit a Graduate Marketing Executive to join staff at SN1 on a full-time basis.

This is a chance to join Swindon Town Football Club in an exciting new chapter to help move the club forward. The role will be to run marketing campaigns across different sections of the club.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Executing marketing strategies to grow the Swindon Town Football Club brand, product presence and relevance in the market
  • Assist in overall campaign development and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver our marketing strategy.
  • Benefit from in-depth marketing research, customer insights and market segment developments.
  • Interest in brand marketing, culture and entertainment
  • Practical, humble attitude and willingness to learn – no job is too big or small
  • Full knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube
  • Initiative
  • Data and ideas driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to perform brief
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Creative and problem-solving skills are welcome
  • Any other duties required by your line manager


  • You must be a Marketing Graduate
  • High standards of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent team player, works with team spirit.
  • They are self-motivated and energetic and have strong communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Voice skills in IT/computer
  • Interest and background in football/sports/entertainment industry will be beneficial
  • Experience with a Sports Alliance is preferred
